Your Mission 🦸

As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll work alongside the Co-Founder / CEO to help us build Sales from the ground up. If you’re looking for a role where you can collaborate with our internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering teams while selling a massive pain-reliever, then read on.

What you’ll do 🚀

  • You will run full-cycle sales, prioritizing pipeline growth and driving leads to a close.

  • You will lead presentations of Rally’s product to a broad range of stakeholders.

  • You will build and share learnings to help increase the efficiency of the sales process.

  • You will be a founding member of the sales team, and a voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to Marketing, Design and Engineering.

Requirements ✍️

  • 5+ years of sales in B2B SaaS

  • Experience building pipeline and driving deals to a close

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal

  • Familiarity with Hubspot, and other sales automation tools

  • Excellent attention to detail
